Custodial Services. The firm will provide quality Custodial Services for various buildings on a scheduled and/or "as needed" basis. The firm will provide all materials, labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and any incidentals necessary to provide Custodial Services for select buildings at the University of Virginia. The firm has also agreed to provide additional custodial services upon request, on a fixed price and/or a time and material basis.
