Commonwealth Excavating, Inc. will furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision and incidentals necessary to provide quality and competitive horizontal directional drilling ("HDD")/ horizontal directional boring ("HDB") in a timely and professional manner on an as-needed basis. Utility systems include, but are not limited to, chilled water, domestic water, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, gas, telecommunications, and electrical systems.
