Piedmont Paint & Finish, LLC (Piedmont) will provide painting services on a as needed basis. Services will be provided in a competent manner and at no time adversely affect the daily operations of the University. Piedmont will demonstrate flexibility in accommodating new and changing requirements, while providing reliable customer service.
