Upon Renewal#3 ProctorU changed their licensing and added a minimum yearly cost of $3,000 if your usage did not meet this dollar threshold. The University since the award of this contract has only administered 576 exams all during 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. At no other time has the contract been used.  With this information Radford University feels that it is best not to renew and if the needed arises we can look at cost with ProctorU, and other known sources such as Examity and Respondus.
