This is a Bridge Agreement for UVA and VASCUPP. Using a Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Agreement. The PPA procurement process and agreement process with Axon meets cooperative agreement requirement of the Commonwealth VASCUPP school are able to negotiate additional discounts or other deliverables with Axon. Additional agreed upon changes should be noted in the PO.
