IMPACT Paradigm Associates, LLC (IPA) is a Virginia-based and certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and micro business. IPA provides organizational development consulting, coaching, facilitation and training based upon proven models, processes, and practices to ensure your organization, programs, and people achieve the potential you desire and produce results that matter. IPA was just awarded a contract with Fairfax County for Organizational Develop, Training and Coaching services. IPA was founded in 2018 by two experts with over 60 years of combined experience and expertise who wanted to establish a consulting firm focused on helping organizations achieve results that contribute to improving the quality of life for people and communities. IPA serves Federal, state, and local government, academic, non-profit, commercial, and philanthropic organizations. We understand the cultures, constraints, needs and expectations of different sectors. In the public sector, IPA and its team members have provided management, strategy, operational improvement, and human resource services in each Federal cabinet level department and over 130 agencies and bureaus as diverse as the Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration, Federal Railroad Administration, International Trade Administration, and Defense Security Cooperation Administration. Work at the Federal level includes working with independent commission agencies, including the EEOC and FEC, regulatory agencies, benefit granting agencies, and research agencies. IPA's team has taught organizational performance improvement in executive development programs at three universities in the Washington, DC metro area and has provided program evaluation services to those universities as well as a coalition of private universities and colleges in Iowa
